What personal information do I process? When you visit or use my website, or book a service with me, I may process personal information depending on how you interact with me and the choices you make.
Do I process sensitive personal information? Yes. As a massage therapist I collect health information from clients through my intake forms. This is processed with your consent and kept securely.
Do I receive information from third parties? No.
How do I process your information? I process your information to provide my services, communicate with you, send you my newsletter if you have opted in, and to comply with my legal and professional obligations.
Who do I share your information with? I use a small number of trusted third party platforms to operate my business.

How do I keep your information safe? I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online system is 100% secure but I do my best to keep your data safe.
What are your rights? You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. See section 9 for more detail.
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO I COLLECT?
Information you give me directly:
When you contact me, book a treatment, sign up to my newsletter or attend a class, workshop or retreat, I may collect:
Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
Health information provided through my client intake forms, including medical history, injuries, medications and any conditions relevant to your treatment
Payment information: Payments are processed securely through Square. I do not store your card details. You can read Square's privacy policy at squareup.com/gb/en/legal/general/privacy-no-account
Booking information: I use Acuity Scheduling to manage appointments. When you book online, Acuity collects your name, email, phone number and any health information you provide through the intake form. You can read Acuity's privacy policy at acuityscheduling.com/privacy.php
Information collected automatically:
When you visit my website, certain technical information is collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device information and how you navigate the site. This is collected by Squarespace, the platform that hosts my website. I also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use my site.
2. HOW DO I USE YOUR INFORMATION?
I use your information to:
Provide and manage the services you have booked with me
Send you appointment confirmations and reminders
Send you my monthly newsletter if you have opted in
Respond to your enquiries
Comply with my professional and legal obligations as a BRCP registered therapist
Keep records of treatments as required by my insurance and professional body
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO I RELY ON?
Under UK GDPR, I rely on the following legal bases:
Consent: for sending you my newsletter and for processing your health information through intake forms. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me at charlotteguezian@hotmail.com
Contract: to fulfil the services you have booked with me.
Legitimate interests: to manage my business, respond to enquiries and improve my services.
Legal obligation: to keep records as required by my insurance and professional body.
4. WHO DO I SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?
I use the following third party platforms to operate my business. Each has their own privacy policy and GDPR compliance:

5. HOW LONG DO I KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
I keep client records including health information for a minimum of 7 years after your last appointment, in line with my professional insurance requirements.
Newsletter subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe.
Website analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings.
6. HOW DO I KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including using reputable third party platforms with their own security measures. However no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you have concerns about how your data is handled please contact me directly.
7. DO I COLLECT INFORMATION FROM UNDER 18s?
My services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe I have inadvertently collected data from a minor please contact me at charlotteguezian@hotmail.com
8. COOKIES
My website uses cookies through Squarespace and Google Analytics. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect how the website functions.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
Access the personal information I hold about you
Request that I correct inaccurate information
Request that I delete your information
Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time
Object to how I process your information
